This two-day intensive includes a one day on-site consultation and a room-by-room walk through where realtors learn simple, easy house staging tricks. The workshops focus on observing a house through a "buyer's eyes" and staging homes in the best possible manner.

As a certified Feng Shui Consultant, Parziale also reviews the basic principles of feng shui, such as how to make sure the entrance to the house is designed for maximum and harmonious energy flow.
